We're on the lookout for experienced, customer-focused individuals to join our client's Contact Centre as Claims Officers.

About You

Previous experience in Claims and Contact Centre roles.
Confident, professional phone etiquette.
Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and advancing your career.
Available for a rotating Monday-Friday roster (7am-7pm AEDST or 8am-8pm AEST).
Comfortable working towards KPIs.
Must complete a Fit 2 Work, including criminal history and credit checks.
Background in Travel, Health, or Financial Insurance is desirable.
The Role

Manage claims end-to-end, from registration to settlement.
Take ownership of a claims portfolio, addressing inquiries via phone and email while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Process claims efficiently, adhering to internal policies and the General Insurance Code of Practice.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
