The role and what we are looking for We are looking for a proactive and customer service focused individual to join our established and supportive claims team.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: Receiving claim notifications and service enquiries; Managing a portfolio of assigned claims end to end; Taking recovery action on appropriate claim files; Determining liability and communicating outcome; and Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
The successful candidate must have previous claims experience.
