As a Commercial Property Claims Officer, you will be managing a portfolio of commercial property claims to finalisation to deliver a Best-in-Market claims experience to our customers.
This is a 12-month contract with the opportunity to move into a long-term position company-wide.
You will be dedicated to helping our customers get back to focusing on their business after a loss, whilst providing outstanding customer service and claims management solutions.
This role requires availability to work an 8-hour shift between 0800-1900 AEST Monday to Friday.
What you'll doManaging inbound and outbound calls from customers, suppliers and intermediaries relating to commercial claims.Case managing a portfolio of claims post-lodgement to finalisation with accountability for delivering exceptional customer service and managing claim costs.Providing timely claim updates to customers, intermediaries and claims stakeholders.Reviewing reports to identify next steps for the claim.Communicating with various internal and external stakeholders.Using product disclosure statements to determine claims acceptance.Resolving internal and external issues and complaints.Recording accurate claims information into claims management systems.What you'll bringA demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes and identifying opportunities to reduce customer effort.The ability to take ownership and resolve customer issues.Ability to demonstrate a clear approach to decision making where all relevant factors are taken into account.Superior time management skills and ability to prioritise.Ability to clearly and confidently negotiate with customers and stakeholders.High resiliency and ability to adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn and switch between multi-platform claims systems.Strong desire to continuously learn and progress your career forward.Strong commitment and a high degree of integrity to help meet and exceed customer expectations.Proven experience of working well within a team.Availability to commence a new role on Monday 15th July.What we can offer youDiscounts and offers on a range of retail favourite stores as well as banking and insurance products.A range of flexible working and leave options.Prioritise your work/life balance with our robust employee assistance program and dedicated employee council.Invest in your brighter future with ongoing study support and career development programs.Give back to our communities with payroll giving, donation matching and paid volunteer leave.It's worth noting that specific benefits may vary depending on the role, level, and location of the employee.
