Due to growth, we are expanding our Claims team and are on the lookout for a Claims Officer to join us.
As the Claims Officer, your role is to assist with the timely resolution of claims with our carrier partners through administration support and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities Managing the quality of the claim inputs from the Billing team Management of the Claims inbox Reviewing and training with the Billing team to enhance quality Supporting with converting claims into carrier formats that add value to the carrier partners Maintenance of Claims register and submission of claims to carrier partners in a timely manner, with a clear summary to influence decision-making Timely processing of credit notes in the system including review and resolution of invoicing and credit note related issues Proactive communication and follow up to efficiently resolve all claims matters with internal and external stakeholders Statement of Account reconciliations About You Curious with a strong capability in resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner MS Office (Intermediate) Excellent time management and organisational skills Successful track record of problem solving and continuous improvement projects Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment Benefits Strong focus on regular and ongoing professional development training, enhancing skills and career progression A dynamic and empowering culture, where we challenge each other to do it better An opportunity to be part of an industry leader Competitive salary and bonus scheme Modern office space and technology, located within Moorabbin's ever-evolving Morris Moor complex Free parking and onsite café Company functions and team building activities Partner with 2 charities, volunteering time to make a difference and contribute to the positive impact they are having both locally and internationally Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full-time Job Function Finance Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
