What's the opportunity?
You'll manage, assess and investigate a portfolio of claims for our travel insurance customers across multiple brands. Every day is different with your dynamic portfolio keeping it fresh.
You'll analyse information from a variety of sources and stakeholders, communicating clearly to parties inside and outside the business through written reports, phone consultations, and online meetings.
You'll clearly communicate claims outcomes to customers both verbally and in writing, facilitating timely resolutions and payments when applicable to get people back on track as soon as possible.
You'll be delivering a highly empathetic customer experience, managing lodgements and outcomes, and providing meaningful updates throughout – nobody likes being kept in the dark!
After a one-month training period, once assessed and signed off, you'll transition to a hybrid working environment, offering you flexibility as you grow in this dynamic role.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for team members who are passionate about providing a great customer experience and are looking to grow both personally and in their career in insurance; as long as you're enthusiastic and eager to learn we can teach you everything you need to know about the insurance claims side of things…so no experience necessary!
You'll be customer focused, with an empathetic approach and ability to connect. You'll be engaged in your learning pathway, whether you're in training or independent in the role, you will be committed and ready to learn – there's always something new to pick up. You'll have good technical competency, being able to comfortably work with multiple systems at once and coordinating between them. You'll have excellent communication skills with the ability to apply them both verbally and through written channels, communicating with internal and external stakeholders alike. You'll have a keen eye for detail and demonstrate a willingness to contribute to workplace improvement and changes.
