You will handle a range of complex cases, occasionally needing to manage difficult conversations, such as claim declines.
Key responsibilities include: •  Managing a portfolio of claims, guiding customers through each stage of the process.
•  Handling customer inquiries.
•  Assess claims and resolve complex issues.
•  Deliver exceptional customer service •  Collaborate with the broader team.
About You To excel in this role, you'll ideally bring a strong background in customer service, experience in the insurance sector or call centre operations.
The ability to manage sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism is essential.
