So, what's the job? You'll be delivering a highly empathetic customer experience
You'll assess and investigate a portfolio of claims for our travel insurance customers
You'll analyse information from a variety of sources and stakeholders, communicating clearly to parties inside and outside the business
You'll clearly communicate claims outcomes to customers, facilitating timely resolutions and payments when applicable

You'll be customer focussed, with the drive to deliver an empathetic customer experience

You'll have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
You'll have an eye for detail and a willingness to contribute to workplace improvement and changes
