As a Claims Management Officer, you will be at the forefront of helping our members navigate the claims process, providing them with the support and assurance they need during challenging times.

Competitive Compensation: Hourly rate is $35.40 per hour + superannuation + penalty rates.
This is our competent rate which means you will be paid the full amount from day one.Rotating Roster: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with rotational rosters between 7am-7:00pm Monday to Friday.To ensure we set you up for success and provide you with all the support you need, you will begin with on-site training at our Eight Mile Plains office.
After the initial training period, you will transition to a hybrid work-from-home arrangement.Key Responsibilities: Assist our members with empathy and kindness, providing support and advice.Manage claims end-to-end, handling calls professionally and making accurate decisions.Discuss and negotiate settlement options clearly and honestly with stakeholders.Apply Product Disclosure Statements and process documentation to ensure transparency, consistency, and compliance.Participate in coaching and training to build your and your team's capabilities.About you: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomes.Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.Able to navigate multiple systems and work autonomously when required.Adaptable to change, receptive to feedback, and committed to personal development.Why join RACQ?
