You will coordinate, design, and deliver programs and coaching on legislation, policies, and procedures. Partnering with a range of internal stakeholders, you will identify key business needs, and in response, provide relevant and efficient learning that will help the claims team meet their objectives. You will also engage with external partners to plan and deliver targeted technical training across claims.If you have a desire to showcase your experience in large finance or insurance operations, and you love developing people in critical technical competencies, this will be the ideal role!Important to your success - let's grow togetherFinance industry or insurance experience and broad understanding of technical insurance concepts.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment/and or relevant tertiary qualifications, advantageous.Demonstrated experience in training/mentoring key roles in financial services operations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to collaborate in an agile environment.Skilled user of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Experience using Office 365 including SharePoint and Forms, highly desirable.Experience with using Learning Management Systems highly desirable.Belong.
