Kingscroft has been asked to recruit Claims Handlers to work for a well-established and successful claims handling business.
As the ideal candidate, you will be confident in dealing directly with policyholders and insurers for carpet and flooring claims.
As the successful candidate with some product experience, you will be fully trained, and your skills will be developed on claims handling workflow and insurance practices.
Our client is looking for product and sector knowledge and can develop the rest.
You may have worked in flooring sales, manufacturing, or installation and want to change to this exciting company.
Your duties will involve: Working in a product specialist call handling team dealing with furniture, flooring, and carpet insurance claims.
Receiving incoming calls and recording all the relevant information on the insurance claim.
Exploring the scope of the claim fully with the policyholder.
Completing all administration and follow-up actions to close outstanding claims.

You will receive a good basic salary and have the chance to expand your earnings through delivering quality and quick turnaround on customer claims.
The basic salary is £22K-£24K with an OTE of £30K, with successful handlers earning well in excess of £35K.
