Clearlake Insurance Brokers are seeking an experienced Claims Executive to join our growing team.Our ideal candidate is a client service champion, skilled in conflict resolution, effective communication with clients, and adept at managing complex claims.This position is full time in office.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage general insurance claims.Provide high quality technical advice and support to clients, from initial notification for submission to the insurer through to final settlement, ensuring the client's best interests are always protected.Provide expert guidance on policy coverage and interpretation and provide advocacy for the client in relation to insurer indemnity denials.Drive the settlement negotiation process and negotiate on behalf of the client.Act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, demonstrating value and driving results.Manage external providers and interface with panel solicitors, loss adjusters and investigators as required.Respond to queries from brokers and clients.Conduct meetings and liaise with clients, insurers, claimants, and external providers.Manage moderate to complex claims in accordance with the Company's processes and Client Service Agreements as required.Prepare routine claims reports including claims trends analysis and summaries for the client and broker.Maintain fully documented system based electronic files in accordance with Company standards and maintain a system prompted diary follow up procedure on each claim.Identify opportunities for claims referral to and claims issues to our Advocates and work in collaboration with our Advocacy team.Experience:Previous experience with handling claims.Proven experience in a customer-facing role.Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Remuneration will be reflective of the experience and the value which you can add to our team.About Clearlake Insurance BrokersAt Clearlake Insurance Brokers, we take pride in being Australia's largest privately owned insurance brokerage, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions to businesses across the nation.Our commitment to excellence and our client-centric approach defines who we are and how we serve our clients every day.A fresh and dynamic work environmentBe part of a team that:Takes pride in delivering great outcomes to our clients.Provides you with a state-of-the-art office in the heart of Sydney CBD, equipped with spa amenities, sauna and steam room.Wants you to grow and learn whilst being respectful to each other.Celebrates each other's successes.Apply Now #J-18808-Ljbffr
