About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join the NSW Claims Team and kick start or continue your rewarding career in building and/or insurance.
Reporting to the Operations Manager at Bay Building Services (NSW), you will be responsible for day-to-day customer service and administration in relation to property insurance claims.
You will be in regular contact with clients, internal staff members, and customers to keep them updated regarding their claims, ensuring a seamless claims process.
Key Activities

Processing of new allocations into Bay Building systems Providing administrative support to the NSW estimating team Scheduling of appointments across NSW Submission of quotes & reports via client portals/systems Answering inbound phone calls from insurers, customers, and trades

The ideal candidate:

Will have previous customer service experience in an administrative role Strong organizational and planning skills Ability to plan and prioritise High level of computer competency Insurance and/or building industry experience (desirable)

As the insurance building sector is heavily influenced by insurable weather events, overtime is occasionally required during these event times.
