The Role - Claims CoordinatorManage & Register client claims into our main claims/project management system (Prime).Triage of Claims by complexity and urgency, ensuring the claim is directed to the appropriate area of the business.Support & backup to Client Account Management, Construction, Estimating, & Desktop Solutions teams with various functions.Facilitate & prioritise Estimators, Construction Supervisors, and external contractors to respond to urgent or emergency matters.Support customer enquiries and facilitate the resolution of those enquiries.Assist in meeting client contractual and compliance expectations.Manage incoming calls and the relay of messages as required.Provide administrative support through the processing of jobs, invoices, archiving and other duties as required.React and respond quickly to urgent matters, client requirements and any business priority that arises as directed by the leadership or management teams.Support the onboarding of construction suppliers and trades.Provide support to all areas of the business as otherwise required.About you:Demonstrated previous construction administration, insurance claims, and phone-based customer service experience.Knowledge of 'Prime Ecosystem', property insurance claims or building industry would be highly regarded.Proven ability to trouble-shoot and effectively meet deadlines to meet established performance standards.Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to liaise with many people in a positive and customer focused manner.A hands-on, strong organisational skills, highly capable of multi-tasking, with high-level attention to detail.Strong computing skills and knowledge particularly with Microsoft Outlook.The ability to work effectively as part of a close team with minimal supervision.The capacity to learn new tasks and processes quickly.In return, we will offer:Great team culture.In house gymnasium and optional health and wellbeing workshops.Onsite role with work-life balance, no long hours/ overtime.Vibrant new Docklands location; great amenities within walking distance.Close to public transport.Attractive salary package for the right candidate.Your application will include the following questions:
