We are seeking 3 x Claims Coordinators to provide administrative assistance, complete priority tasks, and worker's compensation management activities.
We are looking to fill:
1 x Full Time, Permanent 1 x Full time, Fixed term to 13 October 2025 1 x Part time (0.6 FTE), 12 month fixed term While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Doncaster in line with our hybrid working model.
About the role Reporting to the Senior People Partner, responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Confidently understand and apply Worker's compensation program objectives and legislation across administrative and service delivery tasks including but not limited to, database management, claim lodgement, calculation of Pre-Injury Average Weekly Income, compensation payments, reporting and liaising with AV's Worksafe agent. Communicate professional and related technical advice to staff, peers, managers and providers using the appropriate medium for communication and addressing the needs of different audiences and different situations. Prepare briefs on sensitive issues for consideration by internal and external stakeholders and is consistent with client assessments, financial reconciliation reports, and claims management documentation. About you To be considered for this position you will possess:
A degree or relevant industry certification with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience. Experience in the administration of WorkCover claims including pay calculations. Working knowledge of worker's compensation legislation & relevant practices. Proven experience in using computerised claims management, financial and management information systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
