Marshall is a restoration company providing 24/7 restoration services and is seeking a dynamic Claims Coordinator to join our growing and progressive team.
Marshall, part of the Ambrose Construct Group, is one of the most reputable building and restoration companies across Australia and a preferred partner to several of Australia's largest insurers.
Our team members are some of the first responders to attend disasters and catastrophic events, specialising in insurance building repairs and restoration services.
Our teams are involved in reinstatement works for damages caused by events such as flood, fire, water, mould, and catastrophic storm damage.
Day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Support the Restoration Technician and the Claims Scheduler with the administration of the end-to-end management of a restoration claim.Proactively liaise with the policyholder, insurance company, and loss adjuster throughout the total claim life ensuring all correspondence is accurately noted on the database.Maintain Marshall's impeccable reputation for high-level customer service.Processing new claims, arranging estimators, and submitting quotes while adhering to KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).Assist Project Managers with site requirements.Book and maintain site equipment as required, i.e., skip bins.Prepare project progress updates weekly for WIP meetings and incorporate feedback and action items following these meetings.Review scope of works and costing prior to allocating jobs to techs or contractors to ensure allocation accuracy.Proactively manage claim portfolio, including highlighting at-risk claims or stagnant claims.Follow company process regarding client escalations and proactively seek resolution.In catastrophe events, after-hours phone assistance is part of the rostered allocation ensuring all after-hours emails are actioned.Assist with other duties as requested to support other roles within Marshall's.Marshall can offer: A supportive, safe, and encouraging workplace culture with a passionate team who are proud of their work.A competitive remuneration package based on your experience level.Access to our Employee Assistance Program.A Referral program that awards you with $2000 for referring a successful candidate, so you can be rewarded for supporting your team's growth.A seamless induction, professional development, and learning opportunities.Modern office facilities and resources.Marshall is an equal opportunity employer.
