You will be joining a collaborative legal team whilst individually proactively managing a blended and complex portfolio of public liability customer claims to effective and sustainable outcomes.
What you'll do
Key responsibilities include:
Managing an ongoing portfolio of claims with a focus on delivering proactive and sustainable outcomes Adopting a service-oriented approach that is focused on early intervention and the interests of all stakeholders Analysing liability and quantum, and resolving claims within the approved delegation of authority in a timely and cost-effective manner What you'll bring Ideally you will have a legal background or have previous end-to-end public liability claims experience assessing liability and quantum. As well as the following:
At least 2-3 years PQE in personal injury lawStrong end-to-end public liability claims management experience of PIPA claimsA solid understanding of PIPA claims and the ability to run a claim from start to finish including attendance at settlement conferencesExcellent time management and organisation skillsThe experience to manage your files autonomously with the support of your Group Team Manager What you'll experience
