You will be joining a collaborative legal team whilst individually proactively managing a blended and complex portfolio of public liability customer claims to effective and sustainable outcomes.

What you'll do
Key responsibilities include:
Managing an ongoing portfolio of claims with a focus on delivering proactive and sustainable outcomes Adopting a service-oriented approach that is focused on early intervention and the interests of all stakeholders Analysing liability and quantum with a blended portfolio of public liability claims and resolving claims within the approved delegation of authority in a timely and cost-effective manner What you'll bring
Ideally you will have a legal background or have previous end-to-end public liability claims experience assessing liability and quantum. As well as the following:
Strong end-to-end public liability claims management experience 3 years experience with claims handling across either NSW or VIC jurisdictionsThe ability to strategically apply legislationExcellent time management and organisation skills What you'll experience
