Sydney LocationNewly Created Hybrid RoleTravel/Home/Accident Claims Exp + Other Industries Considered Excellent opportunity for experienced Claims Consultant to join a fast growing organisation in the Travel industry.
Ideally you will have previous experience within Travel/Accidental/Home/Motor related claims.
Responsibilities Promote the company's brand and service offerings, whilst providing an exceptional claims experienceManage claims ensuring prompt and fair assessment, and adherence to the terms and conditions of the PDS/claims guidelinesManage claims costs by the application of the correct product interpretation Build and maintain quality relationships with insurers and assessors for new and ongoing claimsRequirements:  Demonstrated experience within a similar claims/insurance role, travel claims experience would be a bonusExpert technical knowledge with process and assessing claims Strong knowledge and understanding of the main concepts with the General Insurance Act and Insurance Contract Act Excellence in high level Customer Service at all times, and the ability to resolve complex scenariosTertiary qualifications in Legal, Medical, Health related industries will be highly regarded but not essentialIf this role sounds like you, please apply with your updated CV.
