Join our Claims Team, where your role is central to Youi's reputation and relationships.As a Claims Consultant for Vehicle and Leisure, you'll be part of a team that thrives on challenges, celebrates successes, and values collaboration, providing end-to-end service delivery of claims when our customers need us the most.
By being the point of contact for clients and service providers, you'll utilise your problem-solving and communication skills to ensure Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.About the Role:Manage your own portfolio of claimsHelp our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finishProblem solving on a daily basis to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and YouiBe a direct point of contact for customers, service providers and assessors to ensure the smooth processing of each claim within your portfolioAbout You:Great communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate informationExperience in administration, with high attention to detail is a bonusSkilled at multitasking and enjoy busy environmentsStrong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilitiesFamiliarity with case or portfolio management is a plusDon't tick every box?
