Should any issues arise, you will take charge of managing and resolving them, including following our dispute resolution process as necessary.Strong reasoning skills are essential as you'll be tasked with researching, analysing, and validating information provided by our customers and supplier network to evaluate property insurance claims. Collaboration with suppliers and repairers to ensure timely replacements and repairs is also part of your responsibilities.You'll be responsible for maintaining clear and concise records of all customer interactions.
