At HAYLO People, we are experts in Personal Injury, Safety and General Insurance Recruitment and we are partnered with a leading Underwriting agency who are seeking a Motor Claims Consultant to join their Brisbane QLD team.
The Role
As a Commercial Motor Claims Consultant, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Skilfully handle commercial motor insurance claims, explaining the claims process, documentation requirements, and lodging the claims.
Build lasting connections with clients and brokers, championing products and values they can trust.
Deliver exceptional service tailored to diverse needs, making every interaction memorable.
Action claims quickly and effectively while complying with company standards and SLA requirements.
Guarantee compliance with industry regulations, legal mandates, and company policies.
Location: Sydney CBD, 1-2 days a week in the office.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Strong work-life balance.
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 Plus Super.
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (Permanent Residents and Citizens).

Previous motor claims experience - 1 year minimum.
