We're working with a growing general insurance brokerage to find their next Claims Consultant. Ideally, you'll be located on the Gold Coast, but consideration will be given to the right candidate based in Brisbane. This brokerage supports a wide variety of clients, from domestic to SMEs to Strata to larger commercial operations. They understand the specific challenges and risks each industry faces, offering tailored solutions to protect what matters most.

What You'll Be Doing: Claims Management: Oversee the full claims lifecycle, ensuring prompt and seamless resolutions. Client Relations: Build trust by providing clear updates, addressing concerns, and delivering a strong claims experience. Insurer collaboration: maintain great insurer relationships to enhance working together. Data Analysis: Use claims data to identify trends, implement improvements, and refine the customer experience. Compliance: Ensure claims processes align with industry regulations and uphold the company's commitment to integrity. What You Bring: 2+ years' experience in general insurance claims management. Tier 2 qualifications in insurance (essential). Good understanding of general insurance, ideally gained through experience in a brokerage. Strong communication skills for working with clients, brokers, and underwriters. Excellent client service mindset and an eye for detail. Perks You'll Love:
