You'll be responsible for Achieving individual KPI's and targets End to end management of domestic motor / property claims in accordance with the General Insurance Code of Practice Provide timely and effective responses to customer enquiries, Develop customer relationships to understand customer's requirements, and deliver a positive, trusted customer experience.
