The role: Our goal is to recover the most amount of money in the most efficient and regulated manner for each claim.
The role will involve managing a portfolio of undisputed liability claims, where you use your skills to collect this money.

Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of recoveries claims, these will be claims where a TPI claim number has been provided and the liability has been accepted.
Maximise the recovery amount received on each claim.
Effectively manage and triage claims through coordination, communication and prioritisation of activity between Recoveries, customers, TPI's, and service providers.
Manage outbound calls to TPI's to chase recovery payments.
Manage inbound correspondence from TPI's on undisputed claims.
Instigate litigation where appropriate, considering the broader commercial impacts.
Leverage available tools and resources to maximise contact productivity with TPI's.
