This exciting career opportunity will provide you with the opportunity to utilise your high-level administration skills to progress your career at Sedgwick.
Setting up and managing claim files assisting our loss adjusting teamManage customer and client enquiries and provide positive and effective solutions, including complex claim scenariosProviding proactive administrative support to our loss adjustersProfessional written correspondence, including reports and emailsLiaising with customer, clients and suppliers to enable to speedy resolution of claimsAssisting to manage inbound calls:Strong time management skills including the ability to multitaskAbility to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced skills in Microsoft office will be strongly considered Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment (including account management) with the ability to undertake objection handling Positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a high performing team and cultureIt's at the heart of everything we do, and we show we care by living our five core values: Caring, Empathy, Accountability, Inclusion, Collaboration and Growth.
