The main focus of this role will be to support the management of the Data Analytics Program.Key accountabilitiesOversee and manage referrals into the worker fraud pilotProvide expert advice on decision making and claims management activities at both case level and system wide claims managementInvestigate and research the most effective procedures to assist in achieving the optimum cost savings in claims managementPartner with stakeholders within Return to Work Victoria and across the broader organisation to deliver key project milestones for Strategic Priorities and Strategy programsProvide expert technical advice to senior management on issues, initiatives and trends relating to claims management generally and where necessary on specific claimsLiaise with senior management and other WorkSafe personnel, external organisations and other relevant groups or individuals in implementing claims management initiativesYou are a Workers Compensation Claims specialist, with 5+ years agent experience. Your strong technical expertise and attention to detail will enable your ability to provide sound advice on decision making and claims management activities.
