What you'll do Obtain and review medical, financial, investigative and rehabilitation reports to assist in the accurate assessment of individual claims.Ensure legislative compliance timeframes are met in conjunction with ongoing review of medical, financial investigative and rehabilitation reports.Adopt appropriate strategies to resolve claims cost effectively.Ensure early access to appropriate rehabilitation so that injured claimants can achieve optimal recovery from their injuries.Provide an excellent level of customer service to the legislative authority, employers and injured workers through compliance with legislation, timely response times and efficiency in processing.What you'll bring Previous Workers Compensation claims or personal injury claims experience with a track record for delivering results.Ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy for the customer.Excellent verbal communication skills – listen, build rapport, communicate complex information and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders included claimants, third-party providers, external bodies and internal teams.Strong administrative and written skills and the ability to effectively manage all aspects of each claim within the restraints of the State legislation.Strong commitment and a high degree of integrity to help meet and exceed customer expectations.What we can offer you Suncorp's employee benefits are designed to support, empower and reward our people.
