As a Claims Advisor, you will play an integral part within one of our supportive and growing business units helping make a positive impact on an injured workers life. Your role will consist of; inbound and outbound calls with external stakeholder and claim administration duties.
As part of our interview process, successfully reviewed applicants will need to be available to attend a face-to-face group interview on Wednesday 24 July and Thursday 25 July.
This will be a permanent, full time position commencing Monday 26 August based in the Parramatta office, with flexibility to work from home.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing world class customer service experience that is focused on early intervention in the form of advice, guidance and support to injured workers, employers and other stakeholders
Assisting injured workers and employers in their recovery
Collaborating with Injury Management Specialists and other subject matter experts to collect information and ensure customers receive expert advice and support
Recording and maintain accurate records
ABOUT YOU
