Suncorp Group are currently looking for an empathetic and customer focussed individual to join their GIO Workers Compensation Claims Team in Canberra as a Claims Advisor.
As a Claims Advisor you will play a critical role in assisting injured workers throughout their claims process, acting as a primary point of contact, providing guidance, support, and expertise to ensure a seamless experience for both workers and employers.
Each claim will present its own set of problems however, at GIO we like to approach claims from a biopsychosocial model of care; where examining a person holistically is vital in understanding how we can best support them in their recovery and return to work.
This role is a permanent full-time role across Monday to Friday.
