About the Role
The Claims Administrator position, a brand new role in our business, will act as support to our claims team.
Based in our Haberfield office, the role would suit someone who has a real passion for administration and a love of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Reconcile insurance transactions Send payment requests to accounts Provide claim updates to customers Send letters of demand to third parties Liaise with repairers to confirm repair progress and completion Upload new claims in the system Identify any missing information from new claims Contact insurers to verify information Contact customers, third parties, and witnesses to collate evidence Process vehicle tow requests What You'll Bring
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administration role Be a natural problem solver with a strong customer focus and proactive, empathetic nature Self-motivated with an ability to stay focused when managing multiple tasks Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team An understanding of insurance would be advantageous but not required Comfortable with computers and learning new systems Willing to learn and able to adapt to change in this evolving role Our Benefits
