About your new job:
Working with Key Accounts, your main role is to be the face of the business while delivering exceptional customer service and impressions.
Your duties will include:

Manage a portfolio of claims end-to-end Engagement with key stakeholders to deliver timely outcomes for customers Assess and finalize claims payments in a timely and accurate manner Provide exceptional customer service including management of claims, communication, and inquiries Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and quality management of claims About you!

Strong claims or administration skills will be a benefit If you have a background in the Power tool Industry, this will be highly regarded but not essential You will have high attention to detail and the drive to succeed Highly organized with exceptional communication skills Be able to always deliver an excellent customer service experience Have the drive and determination to deliver the best outcome and results What's in it for you?
