The Claims Officer uses risk management principles and relationship development strategies to ensure successful employment outcomes and tracks all Education and Employment placements with relevant internal and external stakeholders. About the Role Monitor, review and record participation and progress in employment and education and manage claims as required. Identify early, any appropriate interventions that can be implemented before an 'at risk' situation escalates. Undertake 'Effective Questioning' and regular monitoring to establish any potential issues. Work with Employment Consultants to anchor Participant into another placement when required.
