Hours: 38 hrs.
per week, between the office hours 8am - 5.15 PM, Monday to FridayLocation: Epsom (near the Palm trees!
), BendigoAbout the role Workload management of insurance home and contents claims.Liaising with Operations teams to ensure Assessment Reports are accurate.Writing reports on works performed and lodging with Clients and Insurers in the appropriate portals.Liaising directly with external Claims Administrators and Contents Assessors to discuss works performed.Ensuring KPI's are achieved.High volume, fast paced with supportive team.Entering data and updating claims via insurance companies online portals.What We're Looking For Experience: Insurance industry experience is ideal but not essential - a good attitude goes a long way! Skills:
Exceptional customer service.Intermediate computer proficiency and familiarity with databases or portals.Competence with MS Office.Friendly and professional phone manner.Efficient multitasking and accurate data entry skills.Empathy and attention to detail.If you have the qualifications but lack experience, don't worry—we'll provide on-the-job training with our dedicated, experienced team!
