About the Role: Altitude Access is seeking skilled technicians to join our team for a high-profile cladding replacement project in the heart of Sydney. The role involves the demolition of existing façade cladding materials and the installation of new materials on a commercial high-rise. This position offers opportunities for experienced Rope Access Technicians, as well as technicians comfortable working at heights on swing stages and scaffolding.
Key Responsibilities: Safely remove and replace cladding materials in line with project specifications. Operate on swing stages, scaffolds, and rope access systems as required. Assist with pre-start inspections of all access systems to ensure compliance with safety standards. Work with team members to manage debris containment and removal. Complete tasks with attention to detail and quality in high-visibility locations. Requirements: For Rope Access Technicians: IRATA Level 2 or higher. For Non-Rope Access Technicians: Previous experience working on scaffolding or swing stages with a strong understanding of height safety practices. Experience in Cladding Projects: Proven experience with cladding removal and installation is Highly desirable. Certifications: White Card and Working at Heights certification. Working Rights: Must have legal working rights in Australia, with a preference for permanent residents. Skill Set: Proficient in the use of tools for cladding installation, knowledge of containment and debris management, and safety-first mentality. Desirable Qualities: Strong background in façade or cladding remediation projects. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and management.
