Your Role: Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with property owners, tenants, and stakeholders. Transaction Oversight: Negotiate terms and manage lease or sale processes from start to finish. Team Collaboration: Work enthusiastically within a team to achieve shared business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Manage assigned listings, liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, councils, and other stakeholders. Prepare agency agreements and marketing materials. Provide market appraisals and feedback to vendors, ensuring accurate advice on market trends. Identify and implement improved sales and marketing strategies to boost market share. Seek new business opportunities through networking and effective collaboration with colleagues. Maintain a deep understanding of local and national real estate markets. About you: Proven experience or strong interest in commercial real estate or property management. Strong negotiation and communication skills. A current ACT and NSW Registration/License (preferred but not mandatory). A proactive and goal-driven mindset.
