Qualifications : Possession of a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.Extensive background in design and construction within Australia's renewable energy, transmission, distribution, or large infrastructure sectors.Proficiency in AutoDesk software, including AutoCAD, AutoDesk Civil 3D, and AutoTurn.Familiarity with GIS platforms like ArcGIS.Experience spanning feasibility studies to project development phases, encompassing the creation of preliminary designs for various assets such as access roads, hardstands, stormwater management, and foundations.Knowledgeable about planning approvals processes for major infrastructure projects, including state significant projects, EPBC, and environmental assessments, and adept at providing design documentation to support these processes.Desirable experience in conducting due diligence reviews of renewable energy projects.Personal Attributes : Dependable, organized, and team-oriented, with a methodical and analytical approach, capable of performing well under pressure.Demonstrated drive and passion for maintaining high standards.Proactive and pragmatic, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude.Enthusiastic and willing to take ownership of challenges, providing innovative solutions.Self-motivated individual adept at managing diverse workloads and deadlines, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively under tight schedules.Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams spanning various locations and time zones.Proficiency in navigating complex technical queries and delivering practical solutions.Skilled at cultivating professional relationships and engaging stakeholders effectively.Membership in Engineers Australia and RPEQ is desirable.
