Job Description The Role: Civilmart have a great opportunity for an IT literate, proactive, internal/counter sales support person to join our amazing team at Molendinar!
You will be looking after customer accounts, quoting, entering and following up on orders, invoicing, counter sales, assisting with stock take, loading and unloading stock, general warehousing tasks and running the day to day internal sales support function. It is essential for the successful candidate to hold a forklift ticket to assist loading products as required.
Requirements: We require someone is is proactive and capable of learning new IT Programs, has a good knowledge of using MS Word, Excel and Outlook and has professional communication skills. A typical day would involve
Answer customer phone and web inquiries and take ownership of the call through to generating a positive customer outcome. Quote creation and management of Customer orders through to completion Partnering with the team to understand the product range, production scheduling and delivery and freight requirements. Update project and quoting databases Understanding Customer needs whilst and negotiating Customer expectations, taking into account production timing and inventory availability. Resolve any Customer complaints in a timely manner, clarifying the complaint, determining the cause and assist in providing solutions Working with and building relationships at all levels of the Civilmart business and our customers #J-18808-Ljbffr
