Foundation Recruitment has been exclusively retained to represent a leading local Territory business that provides expert Project Management services to deliver a range of civil projects across the top end.We are seeking knowledgeable and experienced civil individuals who can demonstrate capability across varied projects within a team environment.Key Deliverables
Manage all phases of client-side project delivery, including meeting all client, management and stakeholder reporting requirements.Monitor, analyse and constructively review program, productivity, conformance, and safety on new subdivision and civil works projects.Report and show evidence of project progress.Assist with assessment of project progress claims, non-conformances, requests for Information and variations.Monitor project quality and program in a proactive manner.Essential:
Relevant qualifications or experience by an Australian institution, or relevant experience in a field of technical work closely related to the duties of the vacancy, including civil and hydraulic works.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-level project reports.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a broad audience and stakeholder group.Experience reviewing project contracts and programming.Please Note:
