Civil Supervisors Wanted - 3 Positions Available On Contract

We are seeking three experienced Civil Supervisors to manage operations on a major transport project in the Parramatta region, NSW.
These positions are critical to successfully executing horizontal drilling and coring for stabilisation works.
These are contract roles for 3 to 4 months.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate site activities for horizontal drilling and coring operations.Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on a 24-hour operating site.Oversee the day-to-day site management and work closely with contractors and the project team.Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.Provide client-side project management support, reporting directly to the project managers. Essential Requirements: Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor, ideally in horizontal drilling or coring projects.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work on a 24-hour operational site, managing shifts effectively.Excellent understanding of safety and compliance regulations in civil works.Experience with Quality Assurance.
