Civil Supervisor - Subdivisions

We are currently looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor - Subdivisions for an upcoming subdivision project in the Ipswich area.
Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience in subdivision projects.Proven ability to deliver high-quality results on time while ensuring excellent safety and environmental standards.Experience in structural concrete within civil construction sites.Strong skills in reading and interpreting drawings and surveys.Ability to work hands-on when required.Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).Key Responsibilities: Supervise crew performance and behaviour in the workplace.Ensure site safety and environmental compliance.Manage sub-contractors.Plan and coordinate resources to meet project objectives.Integrate engineering and construction methodologies effectively.What We Offer: Supportive and professional team environment.Competitive pay and conditions.Embark on a fulfilling career journey with Golding by applying online below.
