About the Opportunity:
In light of our recent expansion and growth, PARC Engineering are seeking a skilled
Civil Supervisors
to join our
FIFO Project - 2:1 Roster .
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring the provision of resources and support to enable the Project to function efficiently and effectively.
Lead shift pre-start meetings and proactively drive safety values and core behaviours.
Ensure work crews are adequately resourced to complete their jobs safely.
Promote a positive culture by leading by example, coaching, and mentoring the workforce.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential problems and lead contingency plans.
Ensure compliance with client QAQC requirements, as well as Company policies, plans and procedures.
Ensure all work is constructed in accordance with relevant specifications and procedures.
Role Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role preferably in construction or NPI projects.
Appointed Persons – Schedule 26.
Working Rights within Australia.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Able to interpret and follow design models and engineering drawings.
Able to maintain high safety and housekeeping standards.
Commitment to safe work habits and our core values.
Certificate IV in Frontline Management is advantageous.
