As the Civil Supervisor, you will be leading and managing day to day site operations and overseeing all on-site teams. Working closely with the Project Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:

Managing project requirements to meet program timelines, budgets, safety requirements and quality expectations Coordinating tool-box meetings with onsite teams Leading & Coaching all personnel on site including subcontractors Building effective relationships with key stakeholders and customers Monitoring Safety & Environmental protocols About you:
To be successful within this role, you will need to demonstrate previous experience within a Civil Construction environment, ideally knowledge of small-medium sized projects such as Roads.
In addition, you will have the following key skills & experience:
