About the role Altrad is seeking a skilled Civil Supervisor to oversee the Civil Construction aspects of a major Hydrogen Project in Kwinana. In this position, you'll be responsible for managing and guiding a team of skilled civil workers as well as subcontractors ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
Liaise with the Project Managers, Construction Manager, Project Engineers, Subcontractors, and other parties to effectively plan, coordinate and manage all site works to a successful conclusion.Manage project construction in accordance with drawings and specifications.Manage all onsite plant, equipment, and labour requirements to effectively complete the works.Keep accurate records of any additional Site Work including variations, day works, changes and delays that may constitute an alteration of time to the contract.Lead in developing a committed culture in meeting company HSEQ objectives and management systems.About you Substantial experience within the Civil Construction Industry (Earthworks, Concrete Works, Roads, and Underground Services).At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on the Oil and Gas/Petrochemical sector.Strong communication, people management, and leadership skills.Capable of delegating tasks and taking responsibility to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and effectively.Possesses a strong sense of ownership and accountability for team performance.Proficient in performing and implementing risk assessment reviews and approvals.Why you should work for Altrad We provide the benefits you'd expect from a global company, but what makes us different?
