Civil Supervisor

We offer routine and preventative maintenance services for industrial infrastructures or facilities such as roofs, car parks, warehouse structures, doors, drainage, tanks, structural concrete, and exposed concrete surfaces.
The Role We have an opportunity for a Civil Supervisor to join us at the BP Kwinana Renewable Fuels Project.
The ideal candidate would be based in Perth - South of the River.Must be able to work 50 hrs. per week Monday - Friday.Job tasks and key responsibilities Leading a Safe Operational CultureProvide Leadership and Supervision to Site TeamsScheduling and Coordination of daily Site WorksLeading the production, support, and delivery of the projects in line with time, cost, quality, and compliance requirementsCo-ordination of labour resources, equipment, sub-contractors, and procurement of materialsManaging Client Relations and Business DevelopmentQualities Required for Success Minimum of 3 - 5 years civil construction supervisory experience.Proven ability to motivate and manage a team of workers and contractors.Have a high safety focus.What we offer We offer competitive remuneration and a range of benefits including salary packaging.
