Deliver a sustainable future with WA's landmark urea project! This role is on a 19:9 rotation to our Perdaman project in Karratha, WA. Clough, as part of a Joint Venture with Saipem, is delivering the Project 'CERES' urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.
We are currently searching for Civil Supervisor to join our site-based team on Project Ceres. Reporting to the Civil Construction Manager, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing activities on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers and labour teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and timeline.

Responsibilities Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently and in compliance with project specifications.Manage projects related to our self-performed civil scope.Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative team environment.Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.Monitor work quality, conduct inspections and ensure all construction activities meet industry standards and project requirements.Maintain accurate records of project progress and daily reports.Provide guidance and training to all team members.We have created an environment that brings out the best in our people.
