As the Civil Supervisor , you'll coordinate the delivery of crucial components including earthworks, concrete structures, utilities, roads, and pavements . Your role is pivotal in ensuring project milestones are met within budget and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate contractor works to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. - Facilitate technical information exchange between contractors and designers. - Maintain effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards . - Prepare progress reports and documentation. - Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities . **Prerequisites:** - Trade Qualification in Civil Construction preferred. - 10+ years' experience in project earthworks and concrete foundations. - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. - Right to work in Australia.
