Civil projects across the southwest region with a strong pipeline of worksWell established local Civil ContractorBe part of a family workforce with ample support to fulfil your roleResponsibilities: Providing end to end Supervision for civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget and to the highest quality standardsDeveloping and implementing project plans, schedules and budgets to monitor and track project progressLead and manage site personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth running of operationsLiaising with clients, stakeholders and sub-contractors to co-ordinate project activitiesTrouble shooting and formulating solutions for any challenges on siteOverseeing the work of contractors and employees to ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirementsPreparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate project status to the Senior Management TeamCommitment to completing all inductions and training as requiredTo be considered for the role: Proven track record of Supervision in the Civil Industry delivering projects on time and within budgetExcellent communication and management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsCivil Engineering or Contract Management degree (preferable)Reside in the Southwest or be open to relocation for this roleWhite / Blue construction cardAble to pass a full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screeningDoes this sound like you or someone you know?
