About The RoleWorkPac is currently in search of a Civil Supervisor to join our esteemed client's team, based near Bunbury.
This position is Monday to Friday and a full-time permanent opportunity!
Duties And ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a team on civil projects such as roadworks, earthworks, and drainage.Train and mentor staff, ensuring skill development and safety.Ensure projects meet production goals and comply with Section 26 and Section 44 regulations.Manage resources, schedules, and quality for successful project delivery.Assist with daily operations using experience in civil construction or land subdivision.Skills And ExperienceProven leadership and team management skills.Experience in civil construction, especially in roadworks, earthworks, and drainage.Knowledge of Section 26 and Section 44 regulations.Ability to mentor and train staff effectively.Strong understanding of safety standards and project management.Experience with land subdivision is a plus.Concrete construction experience is beneficial but not essential.Valid relevant certifications and qualifications.How To ApplyClick on the Apply button or for more information please contact:
