What's on offer?We wish to complement our existing team with a Civil Supervisor within our Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services Business delivering road infrastructure projects across South Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience, with on-the-job skill development/coaching offered throughout.This role is generally Monday to Friday and may be site based at various projects regionally around the state from time to time. The ability to travel and be away from home is essential to this role.In this role you'll be responsible for:Building strong relationships and working collaboratively with project delivery teamsScheduling, forecasting, and management of materials, plant, personnel and subcontractorsEnsuring that site planning, daily productivities and timelines are successfully met onsiteEnsuring workers implement control measures to minimize risk to health and safety of themselves and others through SWMS, Special Processes and Corrective ActionsReporting incidents, non-conformances and near misses and participate in incident investigations when requiredCompleting daily job records and tracking.How you'll connect to the role:5+ years' experience working on SA DIT projectsProven commitment to leading safety, quality and environmental compliance on siteExcellent ability to understand and interpret project and client specific requirementsDemonstrated ability to understand costings, budgets, forecasting, subcontractor management and project site controlsYou will be resilient, adaptable and someone who is comfortable making decisions and taking initiativeYou will have well-developed communication, organizational and management skillsAlignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & LeadershipAdopting and driving Fulton Hogan's Living Safely Culture.
