Their blue-chip mining clients are pressing ahead with the construction of critical civil infrastructure projects and therefore they have an IMMEDIATE vacancy for a CIVIL SUPERINTENDENT to lead their team at a Pilbara minesite.About the RoleAs CIVIL SUPERINTENDENT, you will coordinate a team of Earthworks Supervisors to allocate personnel, machinery, and resources and oversee the daily activity on site during construction of a heavy bulk earthworks scope of works related to a minesite project in remote WA.
You will drive an injury-free safety culture and ensure OSH compliance across the site.
This is a permanent position that will require you to work on a 2/1 FIFO roster (ex-Perth only) with a start possible ASAP pending your current situation (*4 weeks notice maximum).
Beyond this earthworks project, you will move onto another civil earthworks project as this business has plenty of work in hand.
You will be rewarded with a terrific remuneration package CIRCA $290K, so don't delay and APPLY NOW!Skills, Experience and Qualifications Requirements5-10 years' experience as a CIVIL SUPERINTENDENT or CIVIL SUPERVISOR on minesite or civil infrastructure BULK EARTHWORKS projects while employed by civil contractors.Proven success as a CIVIL SUPERINTENDENT or CIVIL SUPERVISOR on major earthworks projects including in WA's Pilbara region, working within the unique Pindan soil in that region.Past success managing and coordinating teams of Supervisors and civil construction crews to effectively utilize plant and equipment to achieve project milestones.Proven experience on BULK EARTHWORKS projects such as minesite establishment, access roads, TSF Construction/Lifts, embankments, rail formation, or similar.Excellent communication and team leadership skills to liaise at all levels with various stakeholders including client representatives.IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE and currently Perth-based to undertake a FIFO roster ex-Perth.Able to pass pre-employment medical and DAS screening.Clean current WA driver's license.BenefitsPermanent long-term job securitySuperb Remuneration CIRCA $290K PackageStart IMMEDIATELY in 2025!Company CultureThis business promotes a family-focused team culture and excellence aligned to a fully integrated management system with ISO accreditation.
